How to use Siotone Capsule

This medicine Siotone capsule is a herbal formulation comprising of Withania somnifera, Ocimum sanctum, Asparagus racemosus, Tribulus terristris and shilajit, all of which are classified in Ayurveda as rasayanas which are reputed to promote physical and psychological health, enhance defence mechanisms of the body and enhance longevity. Shilajit is basically a vitalizing compound that has more than strong minerals and vitamins. This ingredient renews the mind as well as enhances the stamina level. Ashwagandha is a popular stress buster and this ingredient also offers relief from the circumstances like anxious exhaustion and tiinflammation. Tribulus terristris is aidful in building the muscular stamina in order to enhance the power level and the stamina. Instructions of use: 1-2 capsules b.I.D. For 3-4 weeks. The dosage may be repconsumeed after a gap of seven days. To be taken in with water or milk after meals. Use under medical supervision.
