Ferywel Taballow is a haematinic which has Sodium feredetate, Vitamin B12, Zinc and Folic acid. Iron supplements are needed to trEat iron shortage anaemia. The enhanced iron consumption allows the body to increase its production of haemoglobin, which is the oxygen-transporting substance discovered in red blood cells. Sodium feredetate has iron that is combined with a chemical called EDTA to make sodium feredetate. This is an unionised form of iron and not an iron salt.
