Kukkutasana Kukkuta kalmar Sanskrit ce wacce ke nufin zakara.Wannan asana yayi kama da na tsuntsu kaza don haka sunan shi ne Kukkutasana.

  • Hakanan yana da ban sha’awa bambancin padmasana (lotus). Ko da yake yana da wahala a iya ƙwarewa, amma da zarar an cika za ku yi aiki da kanku kowace rana don aiwatar da shi.
