Yini i-Yoga Mudra
I-Yoga Mudra Igama elithi “Yogamudra” lisuselwa kulawa magama amabili – i-yoga (ukuqwashisa) kanye ne-mudra (seal). Ngakho-ke i-Yogamudra “iwuphawu lokuqwashisa”.
